Register online or in the app and use your Starbucks® Card or the Starbucks® app every time you visit. For every €1 you spend with us, you'll earn 3 stars. Once you have collected 150 stars, you can redeem them for a drink on the house.
When you have collected 450 stars over the course of a Tier year, you will reach the Gold level with free syrups, toppings and more. You will also receive a birthday drink on the house and a free refill when you buy a filter coffee or brewed tea.
Due to banking regulations, the Starbucks® Card can only be used at coffee houses operated by AmRest Coffee Deutschland Sp. z o.o. & Co. KG.

You can register online. The best way is to download the Starbucks® App directly from the App Store and create a new user account there. If you have a physical Starbucks® Card, you can link it to your Starbucks® online account or directly in the app by entering the card number and your personal PIN (which you have to scratch off on the back).

You can collect Stars and redeem Rewards in all participating Starbucks® stores in Germany (with the exception of franchise-operated stores that are not operated by AmRest Coffee Germany).
When you register, you leave your contact details so that we can offer you benefits such as free drinks for your collected Stars or, for example, a free drink on your birthday. In addition, you will receive balance protection with your registration if, for example, you lose your Starbucks® Card. Finally, by registering you can manage your account online. Please remember that a valid e-mail address is required for registration.
Your free drink is available with your Starbucks® App or Card. Just let your barista know when you order that you want to redeem 150 stars for it.
No. You can also save up your stars. The stars are valid for 2 years from the time they are credited.
For every 1 euro you spend with us, you will receive 3 stars. With 450 stars collected per year you will reach the Gold level.

There are two different star counts in your account – Rewards Stars and Tier Stars.
Your Rewards Stars that you collected in the free drink star count are valid for 2 years from the date they are credited. After that they expire if you do not redeem them.
Please note that if you are at Gold Level, you must collect at least 450 Stars per Tier Year to remain at Gold Level. Tier stars are only valid within your individual Tier Year. Your Tier Year date is displayed in the app or online in your account.
You must collect at least 450 stars in the course of a tier year. Otherwise you will be reclassified to the Green Level, where you will continue to receive a drink on the house every 150 stars. You can find your current Tier year date in the app or online in your account.
It's not as many as you might think. For every €1 you spend with us, you get three times as many stars. You also get a drink on the house for every 150 stars. Also remember that it's a free program. That's why we are happy to welcome more people at each level.
The Stars you have collected by using the app or your registered Starbucks® Card will be visible in your account within 24 hours.
Yes, in order for us to apply your free drink or Gold Member Benefits (free syrups, toppings and more), you will need to show us your Starbucks® App or Starbucks® Card.
Every registered guest who buys a filter coffee in one of our participating coffee houses in Germany with their Starbucks® App or Card can enjoy a free refill with us.
The guest must keep their cup and hand it to the barista when redeeming the refill. As soon as you leave the store, your visit is over and any further order will be counted as a new purchase.
Unfortunately, it is currently not possible to store your Starbuck® Card in Apple Wallet.
We want to make sure that the balance on your account accurately reflects your purchases. If the total number of stars does not appear to be correct, write us a message via email at [email protected].
You can send us the receipt of your transaction by email to [email protected] at any time and we will add the stars manually.

When signing in to our app, please make sure you have the latest version of the Starbucks® DE app installed.
If you no longer have access to your account email address to reset a password, or if you continue to experience problems, please email our Customer Service team.
You cannot change the country on your Starbucks® account. The Starbucks® Rewards program is different in each country and is subject to different terms and conditions that do not allow us to make this change.

If you have a German account and have moved to another country, you can create a new account by visiting the website of the country where you currently reside. Again, you will need an alternate email address to create a new account. If you would like to delete your German account, you can do so by sending an e-mail request to our customer support team.
Please log into your account via our website on a PC/laptop and check in the settings whether you have agreed to receive email messages. Unfortunately, this is not possible in the app but only via the website. Due to the new data protection regulations that have been in force since May 2018, you will have to adjust this setting yourself.
You will find the change option after logging in under “Manage profile” -> “Contact details” -> “Email settings”. There you can decide for yourself what kind of promotional emails you want to receive and what we are allowed to send you. You can also revoke your consent at any time by deactivating the slider.

If your personal data has not been entered correctly (e.g. because you have made a typo) or has changed, you are welcome to send us a request by e-mail at any time and we will adjust it for you. Please send us an e-mail to [email protected] with the information to be changed from your registered e-mail address.
As a valued Starbucks customer, you have the right to access and manage the personal data you share with us. You can access your data in your Starbucks account. You can submit a request by email to access any other personal data we may have about you. You can also exercise your right to be forgotten by requesting that we delete your personal data from our systems.
To submit a deletion request please send us an email directly from your registered email address to [email protected].
We will use the email address you use for further communication regarding your request. Once we have verified your identity, your request will be processed within 30 days of receipt. If we are unable to process your request within 30 days due to its complexity, we will notify you of the additional time and keep you informed.
