Can I have the Starbucks® food and beverage range delivered to my home?

Yes, you can also order a customized range of food and drinks online and have it delivered to your home. You can find more information and an overview of our delivery partners here.

I can't find the Starbucks® offer on the delivery service app. Why is that?

For quality reasons, we can only offer our range within a certain radius of our stores. If you are located outside a certain radius, delivery is unfortunately not possible.

Why is my favorite drink not available in the delivery service range?

We also want to offer you a unique Starbucks® taste experience at home. For quality assurance reasons, we are therefore unable to deliver some drinks to your home. This mainly applies to smaller beverage sizes that get cold quickly on the go or beverages with a high milk foam content.

Are the drinks that are delivered to my home prepared in the same way as in the store?

All our drinks are freshly prepared for you according to the original recipe by our baristas in the nearest Starbucks® store. However, for quality assurance reasons, we have to do without certain ingredients and garnishes, such as whipped cream, when preparing some drinks.

Can I also pay for the delivery of Starbucks® drinks and food with my Starbucks® Card?

The delivery service is currently offered exclusively via delivery aggregators. The Starbucks® Card can therefore not be accepted as a means of payment.

Can I collect or redeem Starbucks® Rewards Stars when I order Starbucks® beverages and food?

The delivery service is currently only offered via the delivery aggregators. Unfortunately, the Starbucks® Rewards program is not yet available in this way.

What do I do if my order does not arrive or arrives incorrectly?

Please contact the respective delivery service directly if you have a complaint.
